Valentine's Day Tutorial ♡ Date Night!

{insert dramatic soliliquy of me talking about my crush while staring into these flowers~}

Hello again everyone!

I am back again with another Valentine's Day Tutorial! I hope you guys enjoyed my sexy tutorial for all you single ladies out there~ But today, I'm taking a turn of direction and giving a tutorial to all the girls out there who have a very special date this upcoming Saturday~

I wanted a cuter look, so a pop of pink and purple was a must! Simple, yet eye-catching was what I was aiming for~ Hopefully I accomplished that! ^_^

So let's just get started shall we~?

Like before, I will only do a tutorial for the eye makeup of this look. This time for your face, you want to go more natural and let your beautiful skin breath and shine~ Just a few dabs of concealer here and there will be enough to let your natural beauty show!

For my face I used: Maybelline - Fit Me Concealer in 25 Medium to cover up my dark circles and redness and the 10 Light to highlight the bridge of my nose, forehead, chin, and cupid's bow to bring some dimension into my face. I set it all with Tarte's Amazonian Clay Full Coverage Airbrush Foundation in Light-Medium Neutral

For the dimensions of my face, I just used Milani Baked Powder Blush in 05 Luminoso to make the apples of my cheeks glow~

For the eyes, please check out the tutorial down below!
If you are slightly confused where to put the shadow for Step 3 and 4, you're mainly applying the shadow like a vertical gradient, meaning, your eyeshadow is going from light to dark on your lid, in a vertical manner. (Does that make sense? ><) If you see in the pictures, you can see the transition of colors, going from dark to light from my eyelash base to the top of my eyelid crease.

I'm really starting to love that style of eyeshadow use, just because for me, I think it brings a lot of dimension to my eyes. Plus...it actually gets me to use my dark eyeshadow, I normally would never use!

I wanted soft, kissable looking lips, So I thought baby pink, and/or a MLBB shade would be perfect for this look. On my lips I mixed: L'oreal Paris Colour Riche Caresse Lip Stain in Pink Resistance and Rose On and On.

So here is the final look!

I really really love this look~ I think it's such a girly and cute look that matches so perfectly with the theme of Valentine's Day!

For all those who are lucky enough to go out on a date this Valentine's Day, let me just remind you that:

Valentine's Day shouldn't be the only day to show someone you love them!
And it shouldn't be an excuse to do something special!

Make everyday Valentine's Day in your relationship! ^_^

Hehe, well! That's it for my Valentine's related posts of this year. I hope you enjoyed this post as much as I liked making it!

I hope you enjoy a lovely date this Valentine's Day my loves!
Go have mucho fun, you wonderful beauties.

;)

Until next time,
Be true and always be you,
Love, Aimee

    1. hehe~ Thanks so much! And I'm actually not too sure? >< I self-ombred my hair~ And kept dying my whole (naturally black hair) head with blonde hair dye, causing it to go brown~ So my hair is essentially: Black roots, brown hair in the middle, and blonde-ish ombre at the bottom~ :D
